Fantastic Property Management Company with lots of opportunities for growth is looking for (1) motivated Full time Maintenance Tech for multiple property apartment communities in Pasco and surrounding counties. Must have maintenance experience and be available for on-call hours, have own vehicle, and tools to do various tasks and a valid driver’s license. Position expectations, requirements and responsibilities can include but not limited to: 1. HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not a must 2. Available for on-call rotation, evening and weekend emergency response 3. Ability to work independently and also with others 4. Must have A Can-Do attitude with a commitment to excellence 5. Ability to complete multiple tasks in one day 6. Assist with inventory of parts and supplies needed for immediate repairs 7. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment at all times 8. Performs maintenance replacement and repair in areas of basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, cleaning, flooring, windows, glass, appliances, the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and other minor building repairs. 9. Performing work order maintenance repairs and other duties as deemed necessary and keeping accurate records on paper of your tasks and daily activities. 10. Responding to a maintenance call center to receive work orders. 11. Communication and dependability a must 12. Cleaning of grounds 13. Drywall patching 14.
