Professional carpenter needed immediately for small job. We are replacing plumbing risers and clay tiles under plaster are being removed. Will need to reframe on one day and to hang drywall on another once plumbing runs are done. Also, historic millwork will need to be disassembled and reinstalled on one floor. Job will take 2 days total to complete. Must be available to calculate material needs as well as do transportation run to Home Depot. Paying base prevailing wage per day in cash. Must have pictures of work available and send in reply.
