Small Crew to Build Patio Enclosures Needed

Looking for a 3-person team to build small to medium sized patio enclosures for pets. Most projects take 2-5 days to complete. Work consists of light framing (mostly 2x4 and 4x4 construction), light carpentry, paint prep (patch screw holes, caulk, sand), painting/staining, roofing (typically polycarbonate or asphalt shingles) and installing wire mesh or screen material around enclosures. Check out the pictures for some of our projects. Team can include either 1 or 2 skilled individuals and a helper or two. All depends on your skill set and who you are comfortable working with. Requirements: -Ability to Lead, Manage and Motivate a small team in the timely completion of projects -Excellent Customer Service -Must be organized and able to keep the work site clean and safe -Professional appearance and attitude -Must have your own transportation -Have your own basic tools. Some tools will be provided. You will need to know how to use circular saws, miter saw, air compressor, etc. We strive to provide a fun, drama and stress-free environment. All we expect is that the work is completed with care and quality and that you take pride in your work. If you and your team seem like a good fit, you will work a couple of projects with our current team to learn and get a hang of things. Once you and your team are comfortable doing it on your own, we will assign projects to you and your team. Starting Pay will be $160/day for skilled individual(s) and $120/day for helper(s) (8 hour work day). Pay will increase once you and your team are able to complete the projects on your own and on time. Gradual pay increase thereafter with bonuses.
