Top Notch Housekeeper for Palisades Family Full-TimePacific PalisadesPosted 23 hours ago Location: Pacific Palisades (The Riviera) Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 11am-8pm or 12pm-8pm (40-45 hrs/week) Compensation: $35/hour + DOE, plus generous amount of paid personal time off! A family of 4 who just moved into a brand new house in the Palisades is seeking a rockstar housekeeper/household assistant to join their team. This is a fabulous home that is in need of someone who knows how to take care of the cleaning, tidying, organizing, grocery shopping, cooking, and errands as needed. Must have a very strong eye for detail, be an excellent multitasker, and have a true knowledge of how to efficiently clean a home, keeping lists, and having a daily cleaning system and schedule that is as productive as possible. The principal will hire a cleaning crew to come once or twice a week for the deep cleaning needs, but will appreciate if you can still mop the kitchen daily, for example. This is a large home with many different areas (basement, pool room, theatre, gym) and these rooms will need to be checked daily at the beginning and end of your day to ensure they are clean, stocked and presentable). This is a very kind, fun and generous family who will treat you SO well! When they are away on trips you will be needed at the house for a small amount of time and can take the rest of the time off (paid) for yourself! Non-major school holidays in general will be needed but major holidays will be given off OR if needed will be paid (holiday pay) with advanced notice. We are looking for a truly amazing person who can fit right into this buzzing home! Must LOVE to take care of a house and take great pride in your work! Specific Duties/Requirements: Daily general cleaning and tidying Fridge and pantry inventory (keeping a list and knowing when to restock) Grocery shopping Laundry for the household Ironing Organization throughout the house Pick up from school as needed when mom can’t (for 15 year old) Cooking a dinner to store in fridge that the family can eat for a few days Experience working in high end homes Pleasant and friendly personality – kind, helpful and cheerful attitude Dog friendly – make sure dogs are fed and have water Covid vaccine required
