I'm a Professional Singer, I've been classically and contemporarily trained. I have many contracts with Top Notch groups and successful Multi-Platinum, Multi-Grammy Award Winning Musicians. I currently do not have a 360 deal and am Independent. I've bought Studio Times at Larrabee, Clearlake Studios, in the past few months. I had 1 year layoff because I was in jail for assault. I have played 100s of shows, I've gone to College at the Musicians Institute, I've made Thousand$ gigging with no CD for years. I decided to get my CD together after many performances. I recently had to fire a producer who I will not name, who is very successful and well liked. He was wasting a lot of time in the studio which is like $3 a minute to be in out of my own pocket. So anyway, I've recently invested about $6500 into one of the most Successful Producers / Composers in the World. He has 5 Grammy Awards for arranging/producing/performing/songwriting. I also play guitar at an Elite Level, I'm up there with John Mayer. To keep this short: I'm looking for a Record Fund. I know how 360 deals work. I've read literal Music Business Text Books. I care that my record is done in the Best Studios in the World. I know that I have to put in a lot of really hard work to recoup. I am literally a work horse. Why don't I ask my business partners to reach out to A&Rs? Because I want to do it. I don't have crazy money to be putting $14,500 on songs since July like I have. I actually am running low on funding and I'm in a spot where.. I just want to finish my record. It'll take me 12 months of eating Ramen and spending $6000 a song to completely own the Masters. But either way I'm getting there. Indie Artist or Major Artist - I'm getting my $100,000 Record Done. I'd rather just be able to work and get the record done in a few months with enough funding then have to wait 12 months slowly paying each deposit as I make money. I literally use to live in my van going to college and gigging like Bruno Mars... So I could afford gear and what not. There's nothing that will stop me from making this record. In-shape, can dance, very intelligent, tough mentally and physically. I can live on the road no problem. And after playing for so many 100,000's of thousands of people live over 100s of gigs... I'm phenomenal at what I do.
