Lost 9 month old female, shorthair, neutered Black Cat

I adopted two kitten siblings. The girl Sissy went missing DEC 2nd, 2021. She & Buddy would play together inside/outside. They were always together. But on the 2nd only Buddy came home. This is the second Black cat that's gone missing from my apartment in 8 months. I'm concerned someone is grabbing them & possibly doing harm because they are black. My cats are very loving and sweet, and they've never been back luck for me. She is cautious of people, especially men. She is a shorthaired, neutered, female BLACK cat, with a small circle of white fur on her chest just below her chin. She also has a small tuft of white hair on her lower stomach area. She is my sweet little girl who loved to sit in my arms and be held and stroked. PLEASE, please call anytime of the day/night and leave a message if you find her. Buddy really misses her too.
