Looking for a reliable hourly rate Handyman for a rental portfolio

Hello, I am looking for a handyman with a reasonable hourly rate for around 50 rental units spread out from plant city to Ocala, mostly located in spring hill and Brooksville. I am looking to pay $30 per hour to start, and send essentially all my work to this person, and am open to discussing pay and the possibility of full time work for $3,000 per month, but it would not begin as such. The hourly rate is somewhat negotiable if you are extremely reliable, or already have an established reputable business in place on google showing reliability, skills, reviews, etc. You must have your own transport and tools, with availability to handle work, and able to handle basic rental maintenance and repairs. You must have experience with: Painting Dry wall Tile/Plank Flooring Basic plumbing and electrical Minor Cabinet repair, or replacement Etc
