DEMONSTRATION: Watch our butcher break down a variety of loins and discuss the features and benefits of each cut. EDUCATION: We will discuss all things beef. Learn about the different grades of beef, aging, breakdown, sourcing and cost, wagyu beef, grass fed versus grain fed and all things related to the beef industry.
