Trail Mixer events are created by women, for women...to connect with nature, our communities, and each other. Let's start 2022 off surrounded by inspiring women! Join our sunrise hike along the Walter Mondale River Trail in MN Interstate Park for a special holiday hike with some of the region's best views. Special guest Amy Carrier will guide us through some mindfulness practices, helping to set our intentions for the new year. We will finish the morning off with cups of hot coffee and a small tailgate party! Trail Mixer events are casual hiking meetups. Every participant is responsible for their own safety.
