Join local Yogi's Matt Reynell and Biz Casmer as they guide you through an all-levels yoga practice in Third Space Brewing's Taproom. Biz and Matt met at...another Milwaukee brewery which will remain un-named! They practice many wellness related activities together...inspiring each other to find both steadiness and challenge, as well as comfort and ease. Join them monthly at Third Space Brewing for a class that inspires you in the same way. $20/class includes 60- minute yoga practice, a refreshing beer and good company to follow. Kids who practice yoga are welcome (same ticket price) and can enjoy a root beer or orange soda to follow! Please bring all of your own equipment, including a mat and any other yoga props that bring you comfort. Third Space Brewing is a production brewery, tap room, outdoor beer garden (dog friendly!) and event space in Milwaukee's historic Menomonee Valley. Third Space Brewing creates high quality craft beer for customers to enjoy in a fun and inviting "Third Space" outside their first space of home and second space of work. Third Space Brewing offers a wide range of hand-crafted beers brewed right on site that can be enjoyed in its comfortable tap room and beer garden with a cool industrial vibe. Third Space also distributes its beer to bars, restaurants and retail locations all across Wisconsin. A bit more about the Yogis... Prior to 2020, Matt taught at Urban Om. He completed his 200-hour teacher training through Core Essence Yoga, and teaches vinyasa flow with a focus on sustainable movement and inner strength. Biz is a Yoga Therapist, who mostly teaches in yogi's homes, in her yard and parks (weather permitting!) and a few studios around the Milwaukee area (Invivo Wellness). She completed her 500 & 800 hour yoga therapy certifications through Integrative Yoga Therapy and is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Biz teaches an all-levels mindful flow with a focus on alignment, sustainability, nourishment and laughter (with a few swear words involved)!
