Yoga Nidra is an ancient method of mindful meditation where the mind and body is in deep relaxation.
A single hour of Yoga Nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. This session is for anyone interested in relaxation and meditation, whether you are brand new or experienced in meditation. You will be fully guided.
The practice of Yoga Nidra releases all types of muscular, emotional and mental tension. You will not only enjoy complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, but also get to explore the tremendous powers hidden in the deeper layers of subconscious mind.
You will Be guided through the five layers of our being: physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and bliss. We will rest in the bliss later where we will listen to the whispers of our deepest intentions and open up to the love that is ALWAYS there for us. Stephan will INFUSE this session with Sound to take you to a deep place of Bliss
Come prepared wearing loose fitting comfortable clothing, little or no jewelry, and bring a blanket and pillow as you will be lying no flat and still for this session.
