Sound bath to release the old energy of the past, creating space for the energy of 2022 . Are you feeling the huge energy shift as we move from 2021 to 2022? Are you bringing old energy or traumas that no longer serve you into the Age of Aquarius? I know I have been. Lots of old soul wounds, trauma, and old patterns are coming up for me. I am doing my best to heal them and let them go. As they say, strength comes in numbers, and having support while we do this work makes a world of difference. I invite you to join me for this in person, magical group healing Sound Bath. Held at a private location in beautiful Bend, OR , group capacity is set at 6. The sound bath portion will be about an hour and we shall have some time after for questions and just to share our experiences. Let us gather to relax, enjoy some beautiful frequencies, and to let go of whatever you are holding onto emotionally, physically, or mentally. Let us together create space inside of ourselves and within the collective. Changing our own lives in 2022, and the people around us, for all our greatest and highest good. Sound Baths may assist your physical body and emotional body in stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus and energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. I use 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce the perfect healing frequencies of 432 Hz. Allowing you to deepen your experience and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath.
