Description
Learn 3d printing: from zero to hero! Did you just get a 3d printer for Christmas? Are you thinking about purchasing a printer to make your own objects? This class will go through everything about how a 3d printer works, including the mechanics and software. Learn everything you need to know to operate and maintain a 3d printer. This is mainly focused on FDM printers (like an Ender 3 or Prusa), but will also include an overview on resin printing. Even if you've never seen a 3d printer before, you'll come out of this class with all of the knowledge you need to get printing. This is NOT a certification class for the printers at North End Makerspace. This is an in-depth class on 3d Printing in general. How to find us: We are in the first floor of the apartment building. Enter the main door and proceed past the elevators. Take the first hallway to the right. Exterior doors lock at 8:30pm. If you are not a member with a door code, please plan to arrive before then. North End Makers is a community that runs a makerspace in North Seattle. We are an all-volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit. Learn more on our website at https://www.northendmakers.org/ Parking is street parking and plentiful in the area. Proof of vaccination required. You may email this ahead of time to [email protected].
