Found a key on NJ Transit bus 76

Found a key with a round, green key holder on NJ Transit bus 76. I found this key on board just this morning. On one side is says " SC9 " and " USA ". On the other side, It has three numbers on it ( example, 459, 764, 123, etc., in the photo, it is covered over with tape ). Please identify the three numbers on it, and it is yours.
