Located in : Rocky Mountain Ballroom in Broadmoor West Stephen Moore is an economist, author, and columnist who served as a senior economic advisor to Donald Trump in 2016 and was a member of President Trump’s economic recovery task force. He served as the senior economics writer for the Wall Street Journal from 2005 to 2015 as an editorial page and as member of the Journal’s editorial board. He continues to be a regular contributor at The Wall Street Journal and other outlets, such as Fox News, CNN and CNBC, and writes a nationally syndicated political column. Currently, Moore is the chief economist at Freedom Works. He is the author of many books including “Trumponomics,” and “An Inquiry Into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of States,” which explains why eliminating or lowering tax burdens at the state level leads to economic growth and wealth creation. Stephen Moore is also an author of “Who’s the Fairest of Them All? The Truth About Taxes, Income and Wealth in America.” In his earlier career Mt. Moore served as the chief economist at the Heritage Foundation. Mr. Moore co-founded the Club for Growth, a group advocating tax cuts and a reduction in government spending and served as its president.
