Hello. I am looking for 1 or 2 people to help us out with snow and ice management services. No experience is needed. If you can shovel sidewalks and spread deicer, that's all we are looking for. This is a mostly an on-call position. Shifts are generally early morning starting as early as 2am. But shifts can be at anytime, any day. I give as much notice as possible the day or night before snow is in the forecast but if a set time hasn't been set to start you are required to be at work within an hour of being called in. For this reason people who live in the Boise and Meridian area are best. Shifts can range from 3 to 8+ hours depending on the amount of snowfall or ice and the weather. And can be really exhausting and labor intensive at times. I offer a minimum of 4 hours of pay no matter what. Meaning even if I send you home in 2 hours, I'll pay you for 4 hours. I only need people who are reliable and dependable. Preferebly someome who isn't just looking to work 1 shift. Someone I know will answer their phone at 2 in the morning when I call and show up. I am easy to work with but expect the people who work with me to work hard and efficiently. I prefer non smokers, or atleast someone who can go without smoking for a couple hours. Everyone is welcome to inquire about this job. Pay is $16 per hour. I am also looking for a couple people that would work Christmas eve and/or Christmas if it snows. This isn't for everyone but if you are interested I will offer $25 per hour. Same day pay available. You must have your own transportation to meet me or a crew member in Boise or Meridian. You will then work with us in our truck on multiple properties. We will drop you back off at your vehicle at the end of the shift. We provide any tools needed for the job but you will need to dress for the weather. Warm clothes, layers, water resistant jacket with a hood or hat, boots, gloves, etc. If you are interested or have any questions, please reply through craigslist and I will respond asap.
