That means caring about the customers, AND THE EMPLOYEES serving the customers directly and performing our high quality service, and all the others involved in making it all work. A team for us is a Leader Cleaning Technician and an Assistant Cleaning Tech. Sometimes we can add a second assistant to make a team of three.
