Daycare/Childcare Assistant (Forest Hills/Rego Park) (108-16 64th Ave.) compensation: COMPENSATION $15/hr. PAID bi-weekly employment type: part-time Child Care/Teacher Assistant in STATE Registered HOME based child care. Part Time Teacher Assistants wanted to work at Group Family Daycare with various age groups from Infants to Pre-School. HS Education a must; No Experience necessary. • This is a PART TIME - 1PM to 6PM Mon-Fri • Location: Forest Hills and Rego Park • Principals only. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working with up to 12 children from 1-4 years old Must be able to perform the following tasks -- Teach regular activities and keep the attention of the children at all times -- Serve food and feed children -- Diapering and cleaning children's accidents (vomit, wetting, etc) -- Potty training -- Follow a structure program each day -- Be CREATIVE and assist in creating new activities for children -- Follow directions without deviation on basic rules of facility -- Being reliable and punctual is a MUST.
