Call All Active, Inactive and General Sorors Alpha Kappa Alpha (ΑΚΑ) was the first Greek lettered organization established by African American college women in 1908. In 1987 the Pi Psi Omega Chapter was chartered in Rockland County, bringing service and programs to our community. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Pi Psi Omega Chapter carries on the tradition of serving our community through multiple programs and the giving of scholarships. It is through fundraisers and donations that we are able to continue the work of AKA.
