Our maintenance team at Coburn Woods is looking to expand! Join us and work in a beautiful private community. Our maintenance crew is responsible for multiple tasks throughout the property such as landscaping, amenity preparation and repair, and snow removal. Crew members report to the Maintenance Manager. This position is full-time. Hours are typically 7am-3pm M-F, however, candidate must be willing and available to take on overtime and work holidays. Candidate must be experienced in driving a dump truck and experience operating a skid steer. Contact us with a summary of your experience to be considered.
