I’m a singer songwriter rhythm guitarist that wrote a gold album and now trying to find a band to help me complete these 10 to 15 originals that are total and complete hits, and only need a rehearsal space for as long as it takes to audition the musicians, record the demo pack, and send it out to the publisher, I can pay monthly, plus any maintenance that is needed, very respectful and will make out a contact, the second I get my recording contract, will totally look out for those who were there for me when I was nothing, and that’s just a good ethical promise.
