Description

Hello! I have a 1 year old female husky mix that I am heart broken to part with. She is an absolutely amazing dog and we go bikjoring together quite often. She is pretty well trained in basic obedience but needs an experienced owner. Her biggest flaws are that she gets bored easily (very...very easily) and can become destructive. She is kennel trained and LOVES her kennel. So she will have no problem being kenneled. The commands she knows- Come, sit, down, stand, touch, heel, leave it, wait, stay, loose leash walking skills, focus, walking focus, walking sits, line out, slow, hike. The reason I have been pushed to this heartbreaking choice is because a member if the household can't handle how pushy she is when it comes to affection. She has a hard time with personal space, but if you tell her to sit as she approaches. She won't crawl up into your face for cuddles. (Aparently that's too much to ask for) But due to being continuously pushed away (especually if the other dogs are around) she has developed a fear that whenever other dogs are around she needs to fight for that attention. She also guards toys and food against other dogs. It's not unmanageable or a "bad case" She does get along with other dogs but a controlled introduction needs to happen since she has a lot of Alaskan malamute in her. She is highly vocal in the sense that she will HOWL when you leave. She will not be a good apartment dog. Her mixture of breeds in line are 1.) Alaskan malamute 2.) Siberian husky 3.) German shepherd She is unspayed. Serious inquiries only. A rehoming fee does apply to ensure she goes to the best household. Pictures will be sent to serious inquiries
