Looking for a part-time / on call maintenance tech for an apartment community.
Duties may include:
Completion of resident work orders (general repairs, plumbing, appliance repairs)
Prepare vacant units for future renters
Upkeep of the grounds & common areas.
Must have own transportation and tools.
