We are looking for a property management handyman / technician that can assist with tasks ranging from painting to toilet replacement. Guaranteed 10 hours a week with the opportunity for many more depending on the week. Our company services properties in Lincoln, Providence, and Bristol. Technician is expected to have their own transportation and most tools. Also needs to be clean, trustworthy, and capable of interacting with our residents in a professional manner.
