Plumb and Straighten Wall

Two old exterior walls are roughly plumb and have a new bottom plate. Need you to do what is necessary to align the top plate of the walls perfectly with the bottom plate and make minor wall moves to box the structure. Bottom plate of walls not currently attached to concrete. I am not looking for the lowest price contractor. I am looking for someone who can do this job with confidence and has experience.
