Second Lakota Food Summit will be held February 15, 16, 17, 2022 at the Holiday Inn-Rushmore Plaza, North 5th Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 The Second Lakota Food Summit will be starting off with a Chef Event host by the famous Sioux Chef Sean Sherman along with Native chefs presenting on decolonized foods and taste testing. There will be entertainment along with the Hand game tournament. The following two day will have keynote speakers and breakout sessions with great presenters sharing their expertise. There will be high tunnel, gardening for success, traditional foods, traditional plants, edible plants, food sovereignty, and many more.
