1440 Multiversity Friday night movement class, delicious tapas, and live music from Santa Cruz performers at Kitchen Table Welcome the weekend under the stars with Tapas & Tunes at 1440, a new immersive culinary learning experience offered on select Friday nights. This dynamic evening begins with an introductory embodied movement class (such as qigong, tai chi or tapping), before migrating to Kitchen Table to begin your culinary adventure sampling a variety of sustainable food favorites from around the world. Talented members of the 1440 Culinary Team personally develop, prepare and serve each plate while offering guests knowledge about the source, inspiration and flavor profiles of their creation. Afterward, guests can settle in on the Kitchen Table Patio by the fire pit or indoors around the floor-to-ceiling fireplace to enjoy live acoustic music from popular Santa Cruz performers. Tapas & Tunes has become a favorite gathering place on select Fridays, and is a fun way to explore and discover new experiences while reconnecting with yourself, friends and loved ones.
