This Lunch & Learn is based on the book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John Maxwell. Lunch is being catered by Chick-fil-A. If you want to grow as a leader in whatever occupational field that you are in, you must be willing to stretch and embrace the tension to get to where you want to be. In this Lunch & Learn session, I will discuss "The Law of the Rubber Band" which states: "Growth stops when you lose the tension between where you are and where you could be." And this is the premise for the discussion at this Lunch & Learn. Join like-minded people who have a desire to grow, develop, and become the leader they were intended to be.
