Join Raschad + Chelsey in January 2022 for a fun outdoor fitness challenge with prizes from lululemon! Join Raschad + Chelsey for a fun January fitness challenge. Come to any 3 of our 6 scheduled Strength + Flow classes in the month of January to be put in the running for prizes from lululemon. Each Tuesday we will be in Crescent Park under the Mandeville Wharf for class and on select Saturdays you can find us on The Great Lawn in City Park. This class starts and ends with Yoga led by Chelsey to warm you up + cool you down. Raschad takes over the middle of class with all the full body impact moves you need to strengthen your body + mind.
