We are a very busy Licensed General Contractor who are looking for experienced licensed/bonded trade contractors (all specialties) to assist with residential remodeling, additions and new construction. We serve the San Francisco Bay Area. REQUIREMENTS: - Attend project job walks. - Follow verbal and written bid specifications, if needed provide written “Request for Information (RFIs)” documents. - Provide quotes in a written and fully itemized cost breakdowns - Your quotes must include a detailed list of scope inclusions and exclusions and best estimate for duration of your work. - Be willing to adhere to provisions of our subcontract agreement. - Show for work with a full crew at mutually agreed times (back charges will apply for unscheduled nonattendance).
