SOUL FAMiLY RiSiNG is Kundalini Rising yoga & meditation class offering an In house donation based child care Kind Kids play date! You do NOT need to be a parent or have kids to attend. You DO need to be tolerant of children, with a descent ability to tune them out for a fulfilled practice & meditation. This isn't something that comes natural for non-parents, BUT it is something Kundalini practice can & will teach you.
