House manager needed for busy family of 6

We are looking to hire someone initially part time (20-30 hours) to help our household run more efficiently. We have four children, 2 dogs and a business, but really enjoy a clean & tidy, organized, fully stocked home. The main daily tasks would be: -Clean/tidy home (sweeping, mopping, mirrors, make beds, bathrooms, etc) -Help with our personal to-do lists -Keep a clean kitchen (fridge, load/unload dishwasher, organized pantry) -Laundry for family of 6 (clothing, linens, sheets/bedding) -Stock main household supplies (paper towels/toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, etc) -Help keep home organized -Occasional errands -Possibly assist with dog/house watching when we are traveling -Overall willingness to help with random tasks/projects This position could easily turn into full time depending on the candidate. We have other homes in the area (Airbnb properties) that need attending to every now and then also. This is the reason why flexibility and willingness to help with random tasks is important. Ideal hours starting out are 3-4 days a week 9-2. Must be: -Good around pets and children -Clean background check -Reliable transportation -Motivated -Responsible -Take pride in work Job Type: Part-time Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
