Every month, Join us at Morningside Park for a waterfront sound healing ceremony and bonfire. The ceremony will begin with some reflection, light movement, and breathwork and then lay down and enjoy an immersive sound bath experience. We combine a variety of soothing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, etc.. This is the best way to head into the weekend: relaxed and rejuvenated, with community. Bring their own Yoga mats or blanket , a small towel, and water for convenience. Morningside Park is the perfect atmosphere to relax, breathe, and stretch together with the help of a certified instructor. Surrounded by green areas to complement other activities and sports; there are pools, tennis courts, sports fields, walking/jogging paths, and a children’s playground. Not to mention, it’s extremely accessible with FREE PARKING. Morningside is a hidden gem but it has the potential to be a much more powerful community center. In addition to the various kayaking and paddleboarding tours we host, like the Full Moon Bonfire, we want to create workshops, markets, educational seminars, clinics, clean-ups, etc. all tailored to community needs.
