Grow your business with an awareness around branding yourself within a company. Second half of the day will be focused on salon styling techniques along with a conversation with one of Spoke & Weal’s top stylists, Charmaine. She will de-mystify coily hair before moving into the hands on workshop for diffusing, smoothing blow dry techniques, and salon friendly iron work.  DAY 2 Color Theory and Chemistry Break Down  Focus / outcomes: Understanding how to clear the hair of unwanted chemicals and hair colorDiscover how to take on corrective hair color work step by step in the most efficient order.Learn about the most effective products for extracting unwanted tones, shades, and minerals.Drive at the results you want with each guestCreate clear and healthy boundariesDay 2: Color Theory and  Chemistry Workshops DAY 3 Description: You will see how to reduce the amount of time and damage to do a full beautiful dimensuional color.  We will work on a live model to give you the opportunity to understand how to clearly and efficiently place dimensional color.  ADVANCE YOUR APPLICATION SKILLS:  Learn how to apply the correct product for every color scenario.Practical workshop in the afternoonCreate the ultimate toners for any situation. Please have models arrive at 9am. Day 3: Model Workshop (Dimensional Color Model) DAY 4 Description: We will be focusing on advance formulation and techincal placement .   Day 4: Color Demo We will dive into color workshops focused on advancing your formulation skills and creating custom placement techniques. DAY 5 Description: You will be able to work on a live model to create beautiful reflective color using the tools you've learned in the previous three days.   Please have models arrive at 9am. Day 5: Model Workshop (Dimensional Color Model) PARTICIPANT NEEDS: clips, styling combs, pintail combs, blow dryer, styling tools (for finish work) ***COURSE MATERIALS PROVIDED: Workbooks, pens, hair color, models.  EDUCATION OBSESSED.
