sweeping, moping, removing dust from doors, we already cleaned the windows. we need to clean bathrooms. this is the normal score for post construction cleanup. we can pay $13 per hour. the first day of work is tuesday dec 21, then 30 days more over the next 3 months. work will be spread out based on when the buildings get completed. on tuesday we are cleaning the clubhouse. then building 100 will be next, and so on. there are 8 buildings that we must perform final cleaning. we will begin work at 9 am on that tuesday and complete around 4pm. paid cash at end of day.
