Bring your workout buddies, sweat towel (you will definitely need it!) and water.
A waiver must be signed prior to working out.
What is F45? The F stands for functional training so our exercises improve your everyday movements. The 45 is for the length of the workout; you get an intense full-body workout within 45 minutes. The program is 1-on-1 training in a group environment meaning there are 2 to 3 coaches in each session that ensure your form is correct and can scale the workout up or down to cater to your needs. It really is for all fitness levels. And the group setting enables community with the opportunity to create friendships and accountability that further helps get you results. The alternating days of cardio-focus, resistance-focus, and a hybrid of the two prevents getting bored or plateauing!
Venue COVID Policy: We will be spaced out on the basketball court. Masks must be worn inside the building. Masks are optional within the gym/during the workout.
