Looking to hire a part-time house manager located in San Francisco. Job will require on-site work and proof of vaccination (Fair Employment exceptions considered). MWF schedule preferred but some flexibility. Job DutiesPersonal and Home Assistant. Primarily oversee care and maintenance of the home.Oversee and work alongside housekeeper to ensure home is maintained and orderlyMaintain a house calendar for all activities including: events, appointments, delivery of services, bed and breakfast, etc.Monitor and maintain household supply inventories and equipmentMaintain AV systems including Comcast, TVs, Sonos, and moreDo errands, including but not limited to, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, personal errandsCare for one dog including veterinary appointments, medication, food and schedulingSchedule maintenance, service, and cleaning of two vehiclesLight meal preparation and maintenance of food supply and pantrySpearhead home maintenance and repair work, and supervise the projectPerform light housekeeping as neededBed and BreakfastCoordinate with hosts and guests on schedulingHandle guest intake and checkoutCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests on household expectations and conductEvent Planning Coordinate, plan and staff for the following events: i. Personal events (2-3 per year) ii. Foundation gatherings (pre-Covid 2-3 per month) Collaborate with client and/or Foundation Director on events Requirements • (desired) 3-5 years of recent experience as a Household Manager in a private home • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Good project management experience and skills • Ability to supervise and work with a variety of staff and vendors • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a “pitch in” attitude and willing to help where needed • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Reliable and Trustworthy: *Punctual *Match of word and action *Respectful of principals, office staff, and guests
