B&S Hacienda is looking to add a team of Maintenance Technicians to our family of employees. The position is for full time employment and will entail the following duties: *Maintaining the cleanliness, physical appearance, and curb appeal of the facility *Clean all interior common areas *Routinely sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down customer area. *Routinely disinfecting and wiping down commonly touched areas. *Cleaning Windows and Sills *Clean Facility Restrooms *Restocking Restroom paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper as needed *Breaking down Cardboard boxes or Pallets and disposing as needed Additional duties as necessary to ensure proper cleanliness of the property. Minor plumbing, electrical fixtures, and interior/ exterior painting Diagnose and solve maintenance problems Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and follow up Responsible for the physical upkeep of the property and all janitorial duties
