Topics this week during city meetings include: Plan Commission (December 13, 6pm) will discuss: a zoning map amendment at 7423, 7429, and 7501 West North Avenue (Cornerstone Village - Wauwatosa) planned unit development preliminary plans for Cornerstone Village - Wauwatosa a land combination via certified survey map for Cornerstone Village - Wauwatosa a zoning text amendment to add charter schools as a conditional use in the C2 District a zoning map amendment for a portion of the property located at 11811 West Blue Mound Road a conditional use at 11811 West Blue Mound Road to operate a charter school a memorandum from the City Attorney regarding amendments to the municipal code relating to modification to processes for zoning protest petitions and supermajority votes for zoning amendments Government Affairs (December 14, 6:00 pm) will discuss: a status check report by the Police Department regarding licensing activities at Ferch's Crafthouse Grille, JoJo's Martini Lounge, and Jackson's Blue Ribbon Pub proposal to repeal and recreate a section of the Municipal Code related to election official appointments and election day shifts establishing polling place sites for upcoming elections and establishing polling sites by resolution instead of by ordinance an ordinance allowing the Common Council, standing committees, and other city boards to hold electronic meetings Transportation Affairs (December 14, 7:00 pm) will discuss: an extension to the existing 90-day trial for parking regulations on 89th and 90th Streets from Wright Street to Clark Street modifications to parking regulations on 74th Street from Wright Street to Clark Street Community Affairs (December 14, 7:30 pm) will discuss the Civic Celebration Commission Annual Report. Meeting Format The Common Council passed a resolution to have hybrid city meetings.
