Taxpayers also payed for the accommodations for the secret service and Trumps entourage. Trump profited greatly every time he visited his own resort. Secrete service was required to show up 24 hours before Trump each visit. 2. Trump used his power while in office to renegotiate his manufacturing deal in China. At the same Trim Trump negotiated manufacturing deals for Ivanka's clothing line. Trump and Ivanka received 32 new patents with China while Trump was in office. 3. Trump ran several campaign to raise funds while in office. One fun raising campaign was to raise money to builds the border wall. Not o ne dollar of the hundreds of millions donated actually went to building the wall. Steve Bannon was caught red handed funneling millions of dollars out of this fund into his own account. Bannon has been formally charged with these crimes. Another Trump fundraising scandal was the "stop the steal" fund. Private parties contributed nearly 400 million to help Trum p overturn the election results. Trump spent less than 12 million of this money trying to do so. The rest of the Stop the Steal money found its way into Trump and Rudi Guilianis bank accounts. 4. In 2017 Trump revised the tax codes.
