See pictures. I had ivy growing on the corner of house. Roots made it under the siding and into the home. I had moisture in my closet corner. I cleaned it all out but now need it sealed up. Exterior needs sealing and new siding. Interior needs new dry wall cut to fit and baseboard cut. I will paint. Please let me know your bid. Cash upon completion. You supply all materials so include that in bid. That side of the house gets wind driven rain so need to seal up really well. There is exposed framing. Thanks.
