Press release from Albuquerque Public Schools: December 13, 2021 Register with the Department of Health and make an appointment External link  (choose your date, time, and location)   Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card (2nd shots and boosters) Pfizer vaccines are available for children ages 5-11 Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson vaccines are available for 12 and older.
