Role: Sales Operations & Customer Service Associate Based at our Westbrook, CT facility, this is a varied and key role within the Scanstrut team, supporting the operational sales process of the company and maintaining a high service level to our North American customer base. Reporting to the VP | General Manager, this role is vital for the efficient operation of all sales functions of a large range of products to wholesale, retail and OEM customers. Responsibilities Receipt, entry and confirmation of customer ordersRespond to customer inquiries regarding sales, pricing & availability via phone and emailAssist with technical inquiriesAssist with warehouse operations including shipping and receiving Skills Excellent team player willing to perform a variety of tasksGood IT skills (MS Office and Sage experience desirable but not essential)Attention to detailEnergetic approach and willingness to learnA passion for boating and experience in marine industry a plus but not essential About Us Scanstrut is an international leader in the design and manufacture of outdoor and marine equipment.
