WilCo Wants Public To Adopt During '12 Days Before Christmas'

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — This holiday season, Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is encouraging the community to adopt pets in need of homes during its special event "12 Days Before Christmas." The adoption event will start Tuesday and will count down the 12 days before Christmas with prices reduced each day. On Tuesday, adoption fees are just $12 for any medium or large adult dog or adult cat with an appointment. On Wednesday, those same dogs and cats will be just $11 to adopt. On Thursday, pet adoption fees will be $10, and so on up to Christmas Eve. The county wants the public to check the shelter's Facebook page for an announcement of the special each day, featuring one adoptable pet in something festive to match the holiday season.
