PRINCETON, NJ — YWCA Princeton recently welcomed four new members to its team. Tatiana Dodge and Jessica Kaschak-Rice joined the Development and Marketing team, and Andrea Costas and Betsy Bell were appointed to the Executive team and Breast Cancer Resource Center, respectively. The recent additions to staff reflect the organization's efforts to increase community and donor engagement. "Of our four incredible new additions to our staff, three are former program participants, so we're really welcoming them back to YWCA Princeton," YWCA Princeton CEO Tay Walker. Said in a statement. "Andrea, Tatiana, Jessica, and Betsy bring not only impressive professional acumen, but the personal experiences with our organization that allow them to be ambassadors and connect with others throughout our programs." Costas has over 10 years of experience in municipal program management and over 20 years of supervisory experience. Prior to joining YWCA Princeton as Executive Assistant, she worked at the Borough of Highland Park as a Recreation/Arts Coordinator. Dodge joined the organization in November in the newly-established role of Donor Engagement, Corporate Partnerships, and Grants Manager. She previously worked at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) as a Development Specialist and Foundation Board Liaison, where she increased Board engagement and giving, and established the MCCC Athletics Hall of Fame. Joining the Development and Marketing team in a new role, Kaschak-Rice has been promoted to Donor Engagement, Grants, and Events Manager after working at YWCA Princeton's Breast Cancer Resource Center for two years as the Outreach Coordinator. Her prior knowledge of YWCA Princeton's programs, mission, and values made the transition a smooth one, the organization said. The Breast Cancer Resource Center welcomed Bell as its Support Services Coordinator. Bell has been a member of the program for 14 years, helping women navigating their own breast cancer journeys through her private business for 12 years. She has a professional background in education and sales. YWCA Princeton currently has open administrative and teaching roles at The Burke Foundation Early Childhood Center, its newly renovated childcare wing. The Breast Cancer Resource Center is also hiring a bilingual Education and Outreach Coordinator as well as a Data Analyst and Donor Engagement Manager in its Development Department.
