Press release from Travis County Sheriff's Office: December 13, 2021 At 9:58 am on December 9, 2021, TCSO deputies responded to a Check Welfare call in the 300 block of Buffalo Ridge Dr. The caller reported that large packages were "piling up" in front of a neighbor's home. The neighbor hadn't been seen in several days and the caller was concerned about the neighbor's well-being. Deputies discovered Catherine Lyamvi Ngongoseke, 60 of California, deceased inside the home. Ngongoseke had multiple stab wounds. This press release was produced by Travis County Sheriff's Office.
