EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — Two New Jersey lottery tickets won a third-tier prize during Saturday's Powerball drawing, and a player from Bergen County walked away with $100,000, lottery officials announced.
Two tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. One of those tickets was purchased with Power Play, multiplying the prize to $100,000.
That ticket was purchased in Bergen County at Metro Wine & Liquors, 89 Route 17 South, in East Rutherford.
The winning numbers were: 03, 25, 44, 53, and 64. The Red Power Ball number was 10. Nearly 40,000 New Jersey players took home an estimated $198,913 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, lottery officials said.
