Description
Maintenance Mechanic / Bakery Engineer
Must be able to work a 12 hour shift 4 to 6 days a week.
Must be open to working nights.
Must be a self-starter able to perform duties without supervision.
Duties to include supporting production operations in an industrial bakery, perform and document preventative maintenance on all types of bakery and plant support equipment.
Must be able to troubleshoot electrical problems from 24 to 460 volts.
Must be able trouble shoot mechanical and pneumatic problems.
Must have knowledge of hydraulics.
Basic welding, machining and carpentry skills needed.
