I don't care about your degrees, from experience they make little difference- English and brain is whats needed. We expect you to have an entrepreneurial mindset + ability to work independently. You need to have enough electrical knowledge to recognize that our lights are better stronger, and cheaper than competition. All you have to do is to pass that concept to growers-no gimmicks, no lies, no snake oil. You must be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube; and you up-to-date with the constant changes and trends. Individual Residual commission up to 25K.
