Property Management Company needs a carpenter/handyman today. Scope of work: Completely secure crawlspace from penetration from dogs or other animals. Repair/replace, in craftsman like fashion, crawlspace doors, and crawlspace vent(s). Worker will assess materials needed, confirm with property manager, and pick up materials. Worker will suggest a design for crawlspace doors and property manager will confirm. Pay: $120 for labor. Approved materials will be reimbursed. Payment upon satisfactory completion and processing by the property manager within 2 days of satisfactory completion. If you are the type to call 10 times for payment on a $120 job if you don't get paid immediately don't respond. Customer is a professional and pays timely within a few days.
